support@nursawears.com with your order # and reason for the return.

We’ll provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded. In certain cases, a 30% restocking fee may apply, or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

We kindly reserve the right to decline any refund requests that fall outside the terms of our return policy.
